Membrane Disc Diffuser features a unique split pattern and slit shapes, which can disperse air bubbles in an extremely fine and uniform pattern for high oxygen transfer efficiency. A much highly effective and integrated check valve enables the aeration zones to be easily shut down for air-on/air-off applications. The membrane disc diffuser can be operated over a wide range of airflows with minimum maintenance for long term performance.

By considering the pressure balance, the best way of air pipe design is to connect all the pipes into a ring network. Inlet pipe valves should be set up each to conveniently adjust the volume of air. Air pipe designed velocity: main for 10-15 m/s; branch for 5 m/s. Installation height between surface of the diffuser and bottom of the ditch: 270 mm, 250 mm; the push plate type for 200 mm.
