High quality long bag filter low pressure pulse type dust collector
Introduction:
Long bag off-line pulse dust remover is mainly composed of upper tank, middle tank, ash hopper, air inlet flow pipe, bracket, filter bag, blowing device and unloading device, etc. The air inlet equalizing pipe of the dust collector enters into the ash hoppers of each sub-chamber, and under the diversion of the hopper guide device, large dust particles are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper, and the fine dust is uniformly absorbed into the middle box. At the surface of the filter bag, clean air passes through the upper box and is discharged into the atmosphere through the various off-line valves and exhaust pipes. With the progress of filtration, the dust on the filter bag will accumulate more and more. When the resistance of the device reaches the defined resistance value (generally set to 1500Pa), the cleaning device will automatically close the off-line valve according to the differential pressure setting value. Afterwards, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened according to the setting procedure to stop the air blow. The pressure in the filter bag is suddenly blown by the compressed air, and the dust on the filter bag is shaken off into the ash hopper and discharged by the dust discharging valve.
