no-bake resin sand flask turning machine
Introdction:
Resin sand reclaiming and molding systerm is of low energy consumption, less sand crushing, high regeneration efficiency, less wearing parts, easy maintenance, small occupied area and so on. Roll-over draw machine:
The roll-over draw machine is the key equipment in resin bonded molding system and is used in the turnover and drawing for mold or core. The machine uses "o" type hydraulic four-pillar structure, dual hydro cylinder for pattern drawing, having the advantages of good rigidity and high drawing accuracy. It adopts hydraulic drive, PLC control, drawing power is adjustable, equipment working is stable and reliable.
Working principle:
1.Resin on the used sand is removed by well-engineered combustion technology
2.This curshed and segregared sand is heated to burn the resin and the sand is recycled again.
3.Heat generated from resin burning can be recovered to preheat the sand as well as combustion air
