Information of the sand mixer
The continuous sand mixer is divided into fixed type and movable type .According to the rate of sand mixer, it divides into high speed and middle speed. It is equipped with high quality imported pump, owning the dust-removal and smell-removal function. It suits for the furan resin sand, ester-harding alkaline phenolic resin sand, ester-hardening water glass sand etc.
Working principle
1.Resin on the used sand is removed by well-engineered combustion technology
2.This curshed and segregared sand is heated to burn the resin and the sand is recycled again.
3.Heat generated from resin burning can be recovered to preheat the sand as well as combustion air
