European 10ton overhead crane
European 10ton overhead crane has light weight, small structure and low energy consumption. It is equipped with a trolley and hoisting mechanism on the bridge. The trolley can run in front and behind, and the vehicle runs and other mechanisms to realize the transportation of material objects in three-dimensional space. With a unique design concept, it has the characteristics of small size, light weight and small wheel pressure. Compared with the traditional crane, the limit distance from the hook to the wall is the smallest, and the clearance height is the lowest. 10ton overhead crane is closer to the front work, and the lifting height is higher, which actually increases the effective working space of the existing plant. Due to the light weight and small wheel pressure, the new plant space can be designed to be smaller and more complete. Smaller plants mean an initial investment in construction, as well as long-term heating, air conditioning and other maintenance costs can save a considerable amount of money.
Structural features
Main beam section
1. The main beam adopts optimized design, light weight and reasonable structure;
2. The main beam is a box beam or an H-beam structure, which is formed by welding steel plates;
3. The steel plate material is domestic steel (Q235B);
4. The vertical winding is in accordance with Chinese national standards;
5. All steel plates are subjected to shot blasting pretreatment to achieve Sa2.5 standardization.
6. Carefully inspect and clean the steel plate before welding, usually by automatic welding machine (MIG or semi-automatic welding);
7. The main welds are subjected to non-destructive testing;
