Piston Assembly:Piston Assembly is made of forged alloy steel, on which a herringbone gear with the medium-hard teeth surface is machined. For easy maintenance, single row radial cylindrical roller bearing with double ribbed outer ring is used. The pinion shaft ends are prolonged so that sheave or sprocket can be mounted on either end.Double metal cylinder piston:Our company production of various specifications of the piston assembly, uses the high quality import Nitrile butadiene rubber manufacture, piston steel reinforced material of 45 # steel, normalizing treatment, hardness is not less than HB 170. Material meets the requirement of HG/T2810-2008 standard, and size meets the requirements of the design drawings. Drilling fluid discharge pressure is less than 20 Mpa, sand content is less than 5%, do not use the iron ore powder aggravating, the temperature is below 100℃, under the condition of the service life of the cup is not less than 200 hours.Our company production of the piston assembly is used in great quantities in the drilling production, the quality got the user’s inspection and acceptance.Ceramic cylinder piston:Special ceramic cylinder piston is designed for the use of ceramic liner manufacturing of special piston, the piston core uses 45 forging steel and has good mechanical properties. Piston cup adopts special hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, its heat resistance, acid resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance and physical properties are better than normal nitrile butadiene rubber. Piston with special structural design, can enhance the lips and the piston back sealing function, centralizer effect is better, can more effectively protect the ceramics cylinder liner and prolong the service life of the ceramic liner. The actual service life of more than 800 hours, it is common piston (according to the average service life of 200 hours).
