Sibai Customized Plastic Machined Parts
Sibai has nearly 20 years experience and good technology in producing various kinds of precision parts. Besides metal CNC precision parts, Sibai also makes precision machined plastic parts. They are used for medical devices, bicycles, and so on. The parts require very high precision.
Sibai has many 5 axis (3+2) CNC machiningcenters. For complex geometric parts, we adopt 5 axis CNC machiningcenters, so that we don’t need to change the material blocks and reclamp them several times, simplify the processing steps, and ensures the tolerances for measurements and positions in good control. No matter simple, or complicated geometric parts, no matter single or multiple processings and finishings, we can do it well.
Sibai has advanced 3D inspection machines, and also Swiss TESA-HITE Measurement machine, to inspect both linear lengths, angles, and also the other measurable measurements. The inspection can be in the range 0.005mm.
Among them, we did a series of PTFE (Teflon) parts. The material we must purchase the right brand, to ensure the quality. The machining was very fine. And there's no any scratches, no burrs and no scraps on the surface. The customer was very satisfied with our processing.
We also did several times of the large Lexan (PC) panel, used as frame and panel for electronic products. After precision CNCmachining, we did green powder coating on the surface, and then made laser marking the keyboard on the surface. This order we also did very successfully.
And the most popular parts of plastic injection molding machineare from POM. We did a lot POM parts. The color can be black, white, blue etc.
