Introduction of PTFE Coated Fabrics
PTFE coated fabrics are made by fiberglass fabric impregnated with PTFE dispersion on one side or two sides, the material combines advantages of PTFE and main features of woven fiberglass fabric.Fiberglass yarn has high strength while lightweight, it is twice as strong as steel wire and more cost-effective compared to other synthetic fabric.Typical properties of PTFE are nonstick and temperature resistance, PTFE coating makes the fabric 100% nonstick to any object under low and high temperature between -73-260 ℃(-100-500℉). The strong multiply carbon-fluorine bonding structure of PTFE makes it high resistance to solvents, acids, and bases.PTFE fiber is also one of the materials with the lowest coefficient of friction, suitable for applications that require excellent wear resistance
