F46 FEP film is a kind of PTFErelease filmthat can be heat sealed, welded, laminated or metalized to act as a hot melt adhesive. The film has excellent adhesive with PTFE, good heat resistance and chemical resistance.Not sticky, water, oil proof, non inflammability, and electrical insulation.

Application of F46 FEP FilmF46 FEP film is a kind of welding film make joint and edge for PTFE conveyor belt, The film will melt as a strong adhesive under high temperature in sealing process. The edge reinforcement on PTFE conveyor belt is made by PTFE film or PTFE fabric, FEP film is placed between the edge and mesh, the film will be melted to adhesive under high temperature to bond the edge.
