Product information
Pure sesame paste is rich in ganoderma, delicate and thick. It's mixed with seasoning, mixed with good sauce, original and fragrant. Eating hot pot can't do without white sesame paste. Mixing noodles can't do without 100% pure sesame paste. Even the thin bread has endless aftertaste, which can't be forgotten after eating. Shermark sesame paste is only made of white sesame, which is finely ground, thick and pure in taste, and the real material is not adulterated. Shermark's white sesame grains are full, clean, nutritious and expensive. Instead of using the poor quality white sesame seeds, which are in the market with disorderly varieties, small shriveled grains and low price.

Korean cold noodles
The key to delicious Korean cold noodles is soup, which is the soul of cold noodles. You can use beef clear soup as the base, but do not let the soup be suspended with greasy oil flowers. If you look at the too greasy noodle juice, you will have no appetite.
Then we need to use the best ratio to mix the soup juice of the cold noodles. 2 tablespoons of raw soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of pear juice, 5 tablespoons of apple vinegar, and a proper amount of salt. According to personal preferences, we can add chicken essence again. We usually don't put drops in our home.
In addition to the good soup, the key step is to overcool the cooked noodles several times until the water becomes clear, so that the cold noodles will taste good.
Put the prepared soup in the refrigerator for 1 hour, pour it on the elastic buckwheat flour, add beef slices, pickles, eggs and other ingredients, it tastes sour, sweet, smooth, throat moistening, cold and elastic
1. Soak 200g buckwheat flour in cold water for 20-30 minutes
2. For the time of noodle brewing, pour beef bone or beef broth into the soup pot, put the soup bag attached to the bread into the soup, then add a tablespoon of Korean hot sauce, sesame paste, and two tablespoons of pickle soup, stir evenly, turn to a small fire and boil for 5 minutes after the fire, turn off the fire, sit the pot in cold water or ice water and cool it, and friends who like the taste of more ice can put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration
3. Take another pot of soup, pour half of the water into the pot, put the boiled noodles under the cold water, and bring to a boil, then turn off the fire
4. When cooking noodles, shred the marinated beef, carrot, kelp and cucumber
5. Rinse the cooked noodles with supercooled water until they are not sticky
6. Place the washed cold noodles at the bottom of the bowl, evenly place several kinds of silk on the noodles, and finally pour on the soup that has been put cold
