Organic Stone -Ground Sesame Tahini Butter
Introduction of Organic Stone -Ground Sesame Tahini Butter
The mellow black sesame paste has a strong entrance, a slight burnt sesame flavor and a slight bitter aftertaste. It's not a stir fried paste, but a real good sauce made of pure sesame. Only black sesame, without a drop of oil and additives, is nutritious and healthy. The aftertaste of pure sesame paste is slightly bitter, and the non bitter ones are all mixed with salt or other condiments. Shermark only makes the original pure sauce, not the mixed sauce. Every morning and evening, a spoonful of honey and a spoonful of black sesame paste can be mixed and eaten. They can also be spread on steamed bread and bread, or washed into milk and soymilk.

Cute hedgehog bag
If such a lovely bun and an ordinary one are placed in front of you, how would you choose? I believe most people will choose this cute little hedgehog bag. This shape only needs a pair of scissors which are available at home. It doesn't need to buy another mold to make it.
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, pour 120g flour and 2G corn oil into the mixing Basin
2. It is expected to make twice as many white dough as black one, so pour 2 / 3 of yeast water into flour and knead into smooth dough
3. Pour 60 grams of flour and black sesame paste into the mixing basin, and the remaining yeast water into the mixing basin
4. Mix into smooth black dough
5. The white dough is divided into 5 parts, about 33g. The remaining white dough is used for nose and hand
6. Round the white dough, roll it into a circle, and put 15g stuffing on it
7. Tighten the mouth and round it
8. Divide the black dough into 20g / share and roll it into oval shape. Spare dough, eyes, etc
9. The black dough sticks to 1 / 2 of the white bun, and it will be firmer if stained with water
10. Cut a small prick with scissors
11. Use extra white dough to make small hands, and add some fruit and vegetable powder to make other colors
12. Stick your eyes and hands to the corresponding positions, put them in the steaming tray with silica gel steaming pad, and ferment in a warm place for about 25 minutes
13. After the water in the pot is boiled, put on the steaming drawer, turn to medium heat and steam for about 15 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the heat and keep simmering for 5 minutes before opening the lid
