L-Alanyl-L-Tyrosine
The stability of L-Alanyl-L-Tyrosine
Chemical stability
It is relatively stable under dry conditions, but it should be avoided to be exposed to a humid environment or strong acid or alkali conditions for a long time, otherwise hydrolysis or degradation may occur.
High temperatures (such as above 60°C) may accelerate decomposition. It is recommended to store in a low-temperature environment to maintain structural stability.
It is sensitive to light. Long-term exposure to light may cause partial oxidation or deterioration. It should be stored away from light.
Solution stability
After dissolving in water, the aqueous solution is relatively stable at a neutral pH (6-8), while acidic or alkaline conditions may promote hydrolysis.
It is recommended to prepare and use immediately. If the solution needs to be stored, it should be refrigerated (2-8°C) and avoid repeated freezing and thawing, otherwise it may affect the purity and activity.
