L-Alanyl-L-Tyrosine
L-Alanyl-L-Tyrosine is soluble in water, dilute acids and dilute alkali solutions. The following are its specific dissolution situations in some common solvents:
Water: At 25°C, the solubility in water is 4mg/ml (15.85mM).
DMSO: At 25°C, the solubility in DMSO is 2mg/ml (7.92mM).
Ethanol: Insoluble in ethanol.
When dissolving L-Alanyl-L-Tyrosine, it is better to use deionized water or an appropriate buffer.
