Fuel Tank Comprehensive Testing Platform
Scope of application:
Automotive plastic fuel tank test bench/Automotive fuel tank performance durability test bench is mainly used to detect the safety performance indicators of various vehicle metal fuel tanks and plastic fuel tanks.
Product Introduction:
The fuel tank can be divided into two categories according to its material, metal and plastic, according to the fuel can be divided into gasoline fuel tank and diesel fuel tank, and the set shape of the fuel tank is not the same.

Test items:
1） Plastic fuel tank tightness, low temperature impact resistance, safety valve opening pressure, intake valve opening pressure, Angle hammer impact resistance, pressure resistance, fire resistance test;
2） Metal fuel tank safety valve opening pressure, intake valve opening pressure, pressure test.
Test bench structure:
1. The test bench is mainly composed of water tank, water supply and drainage device, drive device, Angle hammer impact test device and control cabinet, etc., all of which are steel structure types, and two are connected by aviation joints and cables.
2. Each part of the test bench is divided into the overall frame form, with reasonable layout and compact structure. Each part of the test bench is resistant to water, oil and corrosion, and some parts are made of stainless steel.
3. The roller with brake is installed under the test device, which is convenient to move, and can ensure that the test can be carried out in different locations. The overall appearance of the equipment is generous and the operation is convenient.
