Voltage Drop Tester for Automotive Wire Connectors-QINSUN
The voltage drop tester for automotive wire connectors is suitable for measuring the voltage drop at similar connection interfaces such as the pins of non - rewirable plugs and the leads of connecting plugs, so as to judge the quality of the connection interfaces. It can also be used for testing the contact voltage drop of terminals in connectors and wire harnesses. It complies with the ISO 8092.1 - .4 series of standards and relevant standards such as QC/T417.1 - 417.5 - 2001 for automotive wire harness connectors.
Technical Features:
This instrument features adjustable high - current output, micro - voltage testing, and digital tube display.
Main Parameters:
1. Input voltage: AC220V + 10%, 50Hz
2. Working current (DC): 0 - 100A (optional values including 5A, 10A, 20A, 50A, 100A, 200A, 500A, 1000A) and can be adjusted arbitrarily 3. Current output mode: Constant current
4. Voltage drop range: 0 - 20V (with three voltmeters of different accuracies for 0 - 200mV / 0 - 2V / 0 - 20V). The display ranges are 0.01 - 199.99mV / 0.1 - 1999.9mV / 1 - 19999mV respectively
5. Power: 3200W, maximum output voltage: 32V
