Durability Tester for Automotive Wire Markings
Test Standard:
Complies with the ISO19642 standard.
Test Method:
For the durability tester of automotive wire markings, fix a wire approximately 300mm long on the machine table with the printed part facing upward. Use a friction hammer equipped with wool felt to rub the printed part with a certain load, speed, and reciprocating stroke, so as to check the fastness of the printed part. It can also be used to test the fastness of the printed characters on the plastic surface.
Main Parameters:
1. Friction speed: 10 - 40 C.P.M, adjustable as desired.
2. Friction distance: 250mm
3. Load: According to ISO19642: 10±1N
4. Wool felt: According to ISO19642: 50X50X3mm, (75% wool, 25% fiber)
5. Test groups: Three groups, which can test three samples simultaneously.
6. Spare parts: 15 pieces of wool felt (50X50X3mm (75% wool, 25% fiber))
7. Counter: Six - digit, up to 999999
8. Motor: 40W
9. Power supply: 220V/50Hz
