Main parameters:

Impact energy: The tester should be able to simulate the impact energy of the head to the headrest when the car crashes, usually this energy value can be adjusted within a certain range to adapt to different test needs. For example, the impact energy of some testers can reach 20J or higher.

Impact velocity: Impact velocity refers to the speed at which the impact head hits the headrest, and this parameter is crucial for assessing the impact strength of the headrest.
