MVSS Combustion Test Machine
Mainly used for combustion performance testing of automotive interior materials, etc.
Application
It is used to measure the combustion rate of automotive interior materials in a horizontal state, and evaluate the combustion performance of flames spreading horizontally to a specified distance and time. It is suitable for automotive interior leather, plastics, textiles and other materials, and can also be used for combustion testing of organic materials such as aircraft interior materials.
Principle
The flame burner is installed on the inside of the left side door of the combustion chamber. After the burner is ignited, the heating time starts to be measured when the door is closed. After the specified heating time, that is, the time when the sample contacts the flame reaches the set value, the gas valve automatically closes and the flame is extinguished, so as to observe and record the combustion of the sample.
Technical features
1. It has a stainless steel combustion box with super corrosion resistance.
2. It is equipped with a high-temperature resistant tempered glass window for easy observation of the test process.
3. It is equipped with a stainless steel sample clamp, a rotor flowmeter to adjust the flame height, and a flame measuring device.
4. It has an electronic timing device and a unique combustion drip receiving tray for easy cleaning, and the box temperature is electronically displayed.
