1. Application Scenarios

This test bench is designed specifically for evaluating the performance characteristics of internal combustion engine spin-on oil filters and oil filter bypass valves. It is widely used in:

Measuring flow resistance (pressure drop) characteristics of oil filters

Testing bypass valve opening pressure and performance

Evaluating original filtration efficiency and filter element service life

3.6 Filtration Efficiency & Life Test System

Peristaltic pump

Bypass valve

Differential pressure sensor

Filter chamber

Impurity agitator

Supports original filtration efficiency and endurance/life testing.

Made of aluminum alloy profiles and stainless steel plates
