Product Introduction:

When the skin is in contact with the fabric, the "warm" and "cold" sensation felt by the skin is called "contact cold and heat sensation". Depending on the amount of heat transferred from the skin to the fabric, the perception of heat and cold is also different.

The device is a tester for measuring "q max" （peak heat flow）， an index for evaluating cold and heat sensation.

Used to evaluate cool and cold pajama bedding fabrics for summer and underwear fabrics with heat contact for winter.

Features:

· Design to mimic the feeling of human body touching objects

The load and contact area of the hot plate in contact with the measurement sample are designed to simulate the feeling of the human body touching the object, so that the maximum heat movement can be measured more accurately.

· Thermal conductivity/insulation can also be measured （optional）

Thermal conductivity: Based on a fixed thermal conductivity measurement, the heat transfer performance between a hot plate at a fixed temperature （30°C） and another hot plate at a fixed temperature （20 ° C） is measured from a sample.

Insulation :（optional）

The sample is placed on a hot plate set at a fixed temperature （room temperature +10）， in contact with air, and the sample surface is blown at a fixed wind speed. At this time, the heat lost by the sample was calculated, and the insulation rate was calculated
