Automatic Feeding HEPA Filters Scanning Test System
The Automatic Feeding HEPA Filters Scanning Test System is a fully automated equipment designed for high-efficiency air filters (HEPA and ULPA) used in cleanrooms, semiconductor plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical facilities, and precision electronics industries.
It is used to perform:
Average efficiency, local efficiency, and resistance testing of HEPA filters under rated air volume conditions.
Leakage detection through a point-by-point scanning method, precisely identifying leakage positions on filter media and frames.
Automatic feeding, testing, and sorting for large-scale production lines to achieve continuous and high-efficiency testing.
The system ensures reliable detection of micro-leakages and overall performance evaluation of filters ranging from E10 to U15 grades, in compliance with global standards.

EN 1822-4 — High Efficiency Air Filters (EPA, HEPA, ULPA) — Part 4: Determining leakage of filter elements (scan method).
GB/T 6165 — High efficiency air filter performance test method: Efficiency and resistance.
ISO 29463 — High-efficiency filters and filter media for removing particles in air (international equivalent to EN 1822).
