Test Procedures

1.Prepare and place samples in the upper and lower test chambers; ensure correct positioning and clamping.

2.Evacuate the lower chamber to a preset vacuum level and then apply vacuum to the entire system.

3.Close the lower chamber and introduce the test gas to the upper chamber, creating a stable differential pressure across the sample.

4.Monitor the pressure change in the lower chamber to determine gas transmission rate.

5.Record and save data curves for permeability, solubility, and diffusion coefficients.

6.Repeat for multiple samples if required.
