Test Procedures

Install the horizontal test specimen securely in the furnace opening according to the test configuration.

Set test parameters through the control system, including fire curve, test duration, and safety limits.

Start the combustion system and initiate the standard fire exposure.

Monitor furnace temperature, pressure, and combustion status in real time via the computer interface.

The control system automatically adjusts burner output to maintain the specified temperature curve.

Upon test completion, shut down the gas supply and allow the furnace to cool before specimen removal.

Maintenance Information

Inspect burners, gas valves, and pipelines regularly to ensure proper operation and safety.

Check temperature and pressure sensors periodically and verify measurement accuracy.
