Test Procedures
Sample Preparation:
Select a representative paint or coated surface.
Secure the sample on the rotating table, ensuring stable and level placement.
Setup:
Install the appropriate scratch needle and set the required scratch pressure.
Adjust the stroke and spacing parameters on the touchscreen interface.
Program the number of test cycles if required.
Testing Procedure:
Start the stepper motor to move the scratch needle across the sample surface.
Monitor the test via the touchscreen interface.
Automatic stop occurs after completing the programmed stroke or test cycles.
Record scratch parameters and inspect the surface for damage assessment.
