A dust-proof test chamber, also known as a dust test chamber, is a specialized testing equipment used to simulate dusty or sandy environments in order to test the durability and reliability of products that are likely to be exposed to such conditions.The sand and dust test chamber is used to evaluate the ability of the equipment to withstand the effects of dust that may block openings, seep into cracks, gaps, bearings and joints, or reduce performance due to wear or blockage of sharp edges of large sand. Dust test chambers can be used to evaluate all mechanical, optical, electrical, electronic, electromechanical and electrochemical devices that may be exposed to dry sandblasting, dusting atmospheres, or dusting conditions.
Applications
This equipment is suitable for dust - proof and dust - resistance tests of various automotive components, including vehicle lamps, instruments, electrical dust - proof sleeves, steering systems, door locks, etc., to verify the sealing quality of products.
