The Rail Transit Car Wire Abrasion Testing Machine is designed to evaluate the abrasion resistance of wires used in rail transit vehicles. You can simulate real-world wear conditions on wire insulation and conductors to ensure compliance with rail industry standards and verify cable durability under operational stresses.
Application
This machine is suitable for testing:
(1) Rail transit vehicle cables with rated AC voltage of 3kV and below.
(2) Insulated and multi-core wires used in train carriages and rail electrical systems.

Features
(1) Abrasion Monitoring – The machine automatically stops when the needle wears through the insulation and conductor contact occurs.
(2) U-Shaped Scraping Motion – Prevents one side of the sample from being scratched through prematurely.
(3) Adjustable Load – Supports 0.8–1.1 kg applied to the scraper for varying test intensities.
(4) Touch Screen Control – Allows precise setting of frequency, cycles, and count.
(5) Temperature Safety Monitoring – Ensures testing only occurs within defined ambient temperature ranges.
(6) High-Precision Transmission – Imported double slide rail mechanism ensures smooth, accurate needle movement.
