The Flammability Limits Tester is designed to determine the upper and lower flammability limits of combustible gas mixtures with air or inert gases at ambient or controlled temperatures. The system can perform vacuuming, gas mixing, and ignition according to preset parameters, providing precise and safe evaluation of flammability limits for laboratory and industrial applications.
Features
Equipped with a dedicated gas vacuum pump to evacuate the stainless steel container and perform purging functions.
Container sealed with rubber stopper and pressure relief device to ensure safe operation.
Container interfaces pre-configured for gas mixing, vacuuming, and pressure monitoring, accommodating diverse testing needs.
Reserved temperature sensor port for precise internal temperature measurement.
Internal ignition device controlled externally with interlock protection to prevent accidental ignition during gas mixing.

Siemens PLC with analog modules and 7-inch HMI touchscreen allows real-time control, monitoring, and data acquisition for temperature, pressure, gas mixing, and ignition processes.
