SUS 304 Thread Type Prepacked Well Screen Double Packed Screen

Gravel packed strainer are used for oil and water exploiting.
Characteristics:
Prepacked well screen consists of two screens or multilayer screens
Perforated pipe inside ,with perforations wrapped by the outside Johnson type screen
The screen jacket and base pipe are welded together with a length of coupling.
The base pipe can be made of seamless pipe or welded pipe, and more often, casing pipes
Base screens can also be johnson type screens,wedge wire screens

Base pipes can be manufactured using stainless steel grades series or API 5CT carbon steel casing.
The pipe based well screens are recommended when high collapse resistance is required and when the screens’ length generates a high longitudinal constraint. The pipe strength allows smaller wrap wires to be used, yielding greater open area.
OASIS oil tools use prime pipe, thoroughly cleaned and de-burred after perforating.
Diameters for pipe based well screens range from in. 1.5 inch to 18 inch.
