The mains sizes of modular house are two modules wide, with typical widths of 24 feet, 26 feet, 27 feet 6 inches, and 31 feet 6 inches. Homes with three modules typically range in size from 36' to 47' 3". Typically, modules are placed side by side, with the long sides parallel to the road.
