Motor Control Unit
The main products of our new energy commercial vehicle electric motor control unitsystem are: main drive motor controller 3-in-1 drive motor controller (main drive + DC/DC + power distribution). We design electric commercial vehicle system solutions to meet the needs of different vehicle models. The integrated electric motor controllersystem can effectively help OEMs to optimize the whole vehicle system design and reduce the material cost and production cost of the whole vehicle.

Motor controller is the control unit that controls the motor to drive the whole vehicle, and belongs to the core components of electric vehicles. Motor controller has CAN communication function, over-current protection, overload protection, under-voltage protection, over-voltage protection, phase loss protection, energy feedback, power limit, high voltage interlock, fault reporting and other functions. The motor controller technology is relatively mature at present, it has the characteristics of high integration, high power density, long life, stable output, etc.
Components of Motor Control Units MCU
The electric motor control unit mcuconsists of an inverter and a controller. Among them, the inverter receives the DC power delivered by the battery and converts it into three-phase AC power to power the car motor. Next, the electric motor controller receives signals such as motor speed and feeds them back to the instrument. When braking or acceleration occurs, the frequency of the electric motor controller increases or decreases, thus achieving acceleration or deceleration.
Applications of Motor Control Units MCU
The role function of electric motor control unit:
(1) energy conversion function. Realize braking energy recovery to improve vehicle range;
(2) Torque execution function. The controller sends negative torque values to the motor controller to reduce energy waste;
(3) active discharge function. Large-capacity capacitor self-discharge for a long time will have high-voltage safety risks;
(4) safety protection function. Motor system with fault detection, fault reminding, fault handling and other safety protection functions;
(5)high-speed CAN network communication function. Effective realization of the electric motor control unit and the whole vehicle function strategy, control the safe and reliable operation of the motor system to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.
