Tobee® Bearing Assembly SH005Mis installed on14x12 AH Slurry Pumpsfor drive power unit, mainly composed of 13 parts: 1. Labyrinth, 2. End cover, 3. Bearing, 4. Shaft, 5. Bearing housing, 6. Shim, 7. Grease cap, 8. Piston ring, 9. Labyrinth ring, 10. Bearing seal, 11. End cover set screw, 12. Shaft key, 13. Oil cup.
Slurry Pump Parts Bearings Assemblyis a very important slurry pump part if the expeller seal is selected for the slurry pump. It can not only help seal the slurry pump, but also reduce the centrifugal force. The design and material of expeller is significant to its service life because it is also one of the wet parts, Tobee offers expeller in cast iron and high chrome materials for options.
Tobee suppliedslurry pump partsare made from high chrome alloy 27%+, It has strong abrasion and corrosion resistance, The hardness can upto 65%HRC, So the worklife will be extended for 30% than others.These pump parts will be installed for original Weir AH slurry pumps for tailing application in a copper mine.
