Theapplicationrangeandcharacteristics:
The 2BE4 liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor series is an upgrade to the proven 2BE3 model
and has been engineered to deliver improved performance, reliability, and efficiency over the previous
models.Compared to previous models the 2BE4 offers efficiency improvements up to 8% and has
reducedmaintenance requirements.
Based on the proven reliable flat sided liquid ring vacuum pump design the 2BE4 has a polyisoprene
lined body flexible inlet and discharge connections, and a large inspection port for mproved
performance and reliability. With capacity ranging from 2,000 to 32,300 m3h,the 2BE4 is well
matched to demanding environments like the paper, power mining, and chemical process industries
2BE4 series products can be driven with many different sets, such as, the V-belt, synchronal motor,
gear box etc.In order to save space, more than two or at most four sets of the 2BE4 series pumps can
bedrivenbyonemotorsimultaneously.
To satisfy the customer's different ways of installation, both top and side inlet and outlet are opened and
machined, our standard pump material is cast iron, for special application, pump in stainless steel
SS304,stainless steel SS316L, stainless steel SS321,duplex stainless steel SS2205 and cast iron pump
withstainlesssteelflowpartsareavailable.
When set a middle wall in the casing, the pressure tolerance between the two sides is lower than 80kPa
and the two parts can work in different vacuum status respectively. Thus, one pump can work well like
two.Hereby the product operating flexibility is improved effectively.
