LQ3A stainless steel sanitary cam type double rotor pump is a multi-purpose two-way positive displacement pump. The professional manufacturing technology and manufacturing precision of the products have reached the international advanced level.
The product adopts two synchronous rotors. The rotor is driven by a pair of synchronous gears in the tank. The rotor is rotated in the opposite direction by the main and auxiliary shafts, which causes the volume of the pump to change, thus forming a high Vacuum and discharge pressure, especially suitable for the delivery of hygienic media and corrosive high viscosity media.
The manufacturing standards of this product are divided into two series: sanitary grade and corrosion resistant; the structure is divided into two categories: high pressure, high viscosity, high pressure and low viscosity. The sealing device of the core components of the product is manufactured according to the different characteristics of different media, using different materials and different sealing forms, which improves the professional conveying performance of the product.

Features
Nano composite wear-resistant rubber rotor, resistant to dry operation, idling time of more than 60 minutes, the pump body is durable, long life; Air resistance technology: self-priming height up to 9 meters, horizontal self-priming up to more than 100 meters, without drainage tank pump. The gas-liquid adaptive integrated box can effectively eliminate the phenomenon of vapor resistance and cavitation in the process of pumping (100 meters self-priming), so that the pump device has the functions of both pump and compressor.
Gas-liquid two-phase seal technology: it adopts the special mechanical seal developed by famous domestic mechanical seal experts, with unique sealing surface structure, sufficient lubrication, no air resistance, and sufficient cooling medium convection, which can effectively prevent dry grinding, high temperature, cracking and failure of sealing surface, and ensure the normal operation of pump unit. No clogging, strong passability: ordinary plastic bags, woven bags, sand, mud, hair and other sundry will not affect the use of the pump.
