Stainless Steel Centrifugal Pump Body
Baoding Guokun can manufacture amultitude of pump casting parts, for example, pump housing,pump casing, cast pump body, pump mounting bracket,casting pump impeller,volute casing, pump casing cover,back liner, pump vane and all other customized pump cast pump components for the centrifugal pumps, vertical centrifugal pump, horizontal centrifugal pump, fire hydrant pump, gear pump, lobe pump, piston pump vacuum pump and water pump. Depending on your pump types and requirements, Baoding Guokun can cast and machine different pump replacement parts in heat-resistant stainless steel, ductile iron, gray iron, aluminum alloys and other metals.
Pump housing or pump casing: Thepump housingis the pump outer shell that encases the pumps. It is typically made of cast iron or aluminum materials, although anumber of modern engines use stamping steel housings. The cast grey iron pump casings are with low-cost than aluminum pump volute.
Pump impeller: Thepump impelleris the rotating component in the pump that directly transfers the energy from the motor into the fluid being pumped. Pump impellers are classified as one of three types: Open impeller, semi-open impeller, orclosed impeller. Their classification is based on whether they have aprotective shroud or not.
Pump cover plate, back plate: Baoding Guokun can produce various cover plates in WCB (Weldable cast iron), stainless steel CF8 or CF8M, duplex stainless steel and aluminum alloys.
Pump back liner: Theslurry pump back lineris the inner lining of theslurry pump back casing, which acrucialpump wet componentswhere the shaft passes through. The pump back liner is typically made of high chromium cast irons, carbon steel and stainless steel with rubber, polyurethane or special wear-resistant coatings.
Pump frame: Baoding Guokun can produce the standard or customized pump bearing housing, pumpbearing framesin cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel 316 or 304. Sand casting and investment castings are suitable for pump casting parts.
