Rubber Seated Flapper Check Valve

DESCRIPTION

Flapper check valve is also called flexible check valve, whose disc is rubber coated. Rubber disc check valve is mainly made up of body, cover and disc, and the disc adopts steel plate coated with rubber, its open and close service life could be up to one million times. Flapper check valve adopts full bore design, which makes it have small head loss, not easy accumulate foreign matters, but easy for maintenance. Flexible check valve is applicable to water supply and drainage system, which can be mounted on the pump outlet to prevent backflow and water hammer. Rubber disc check valve can be also mounted on the bypass pipe of reservoir inlet and outlet pipe to prevent the water in the reservoir flow back to water supply system. Prosper Flow can design and manufacture the flapper check valve according to BS5153 and MSS SP-71 with sizes of 2”~24” (DN50~DN600mm).
