This product is a pressure regulating valvefor pressure control of evaporator, condenser pressure and other refrigeration system outlet pressure.The outlet pressure regulating valve is composed of a main valve and a 0.5 ～ 1.9Mpa regulating pilot valve. It is adjusted according to the set outlet pressure value so that it maintains a constant downstream outlet pressure, regardless of the inlet pressure.When the medium passes through the outlet, it enters the connecting pipe installed at the outlet and enters the lower part of the diaphragm (space N) through the connecting pipe. When the medium outlet pressure exceeds the range of the spring force of the main valve, the diaphragm bounces and the pilot valve rod rises. The pressure on the upper part of the piston weakens, and the opening of the main valve flap decreases when the piston moves upward, so that the outlet pressure decreases until the outlet pressure reaches a set value and remains constant; otherwise, when the outlet pressure decreases, the diaphragm presses the pilot valve guide rod Lowering, the main valve flap moves down, the opening increases, the valve outlet flow increases, and the outlet pressure rises to the set pressure. After the main valve flap and the pilot valve are balanced, the constant outlet pressure is maintained. The pressure pushing the piston is affected by the pressure of the exhaust gas through the pilot valve, the gap between the piston and the cylinder liner.
