Y Type Strainers
Y-type strainers are usually installed at the inlet end of the pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, fixed water level valve, or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium and protect the normal running of valves and equipment. Y-type strainers have the advantages of advanced structure, small resistance, convenient sewage discharge, and so on. The suitable medium of Y-type strainers can be water, oil &gas.
The screen size for water medium usual to be 18-30 mesh, for gas it usual to be 10~100 mesh, and for oil it usual to be 100-480 mesh.
Basket strainers
It is mainly composed of nozzle, supervisor, blue filter, flange, flange cover, and fastener, etc. When the liquid enters the filter blue through the main pipe, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter blue, and the clean fluid passes through the filter blue and is discharged from the filter outlet.
Structure Of Strainers
The strainers are composed of a body, a metal screen, a discharge port, a transmission device, and an electrical control part. When the unprocessed water through the strainer cartridge of the screen, its impurities are blocked. When it is needed to be cleaned, as long as the detachable strainer cartridge is removed and reloaded after cleaning. Therefore, it is very convenient for use and maintenance.
