The PTCA Kitconsist of a hemostasis valve, a torque, and an insertion tool. The hemostasis valve is made of PC and Silica gel; the torque is made of PC, PE and austenitic stainless steel; and the insertion tool is made of PC and 304 stainless steel.

Functions of PTCA Kit

The hemostasis valve set is designed to connect introduce catheters and guide wires to facilitate the completion of the procedure. The hemostasis valve is designed to be used to connect catheter when the interventional device is inserted into human vascular system. The insertion tool is used to facilitate the entry of the guide wire into the hemostasis valve and the connected cathter. It consists of an austenitic stainless steel tube connected to a hub constructed of polycarbonate. The torque device is used to manipulate the direction of the guide wire within vessels.
