This pipe droppermachine is a lifting device used in the steel pipe conveying process, used to lift the steel pipe onto the steel conveying roller after production is completed.

STEEL PIPE DROPPER EQUIPMENT COMPOSITION

This pipe dropper machine of automated pipe handling system is composed of a bracket and a cylinder base driving device. The bracket and base are high-quality carbon steel welded structural components with sufficient strength and rigidity.

STEEL PIPE DROPPER EQUIPMENT WORKFLOW

When the oil cylinder is extended, it is in standby mode. The steel pipe rolls from the platform to the pipe dropper. After the steel pipe stabilizes, the pipe dropper oil cylinder retracts, the bracket lowers, and the steel pipe falls onto the conveyor roller and moves away. After the oil cylinder is extended, the pipe dropper bracket rises, and it returns to standby mode.
