Requirements for liquid resistance tests of automotive wires in ISO 6722, SAE J1128, QC/T 730, and JASOD611
Main Parameters:
Test Oils: 1. Heat - retaining and heating oils (to be provided by the user): It is recommended to use oils with high boiling points and low volatility, such as transformer oil. If the test temperature is low, water can be used. 2. Test media (to be provided by the user): Gasoline, diesel, engine oil, alcohol, power steering fluid, automatic transmission fluid, engine coolant, battery acid, etc. Temperature: Ambient temperature ~ 250℃ Test set: Circular quartz glass oil cup: diameter 100mm X 350mm Inner container volume: 400 X 450 X 450mm Stirring: Motor - driven stirring Volume (approximate): Dimensions: 800 X 560 X 850 (mm) Material: Inner and outer stainless steel Temperature sensor: Pt100 Weight (approximate): 100Kg Power supply: 1 - phase AC380V 50Hz 7.5A Total power: 4KW
