Salt Spray Tester for Automotive Connectors
The salt spray tester for automotive connectors is suitable for testing the corrosion resistance of various material surface treatments, including metal electroplating, coatings, organic and inorganic films, anodizing, rust - preventive oils, and chemical conversion treatments, so as to achieve long - term corrosion resistance of finished products.
Applicable Standards:
It can be used to conduct neutral salt spray tests in accordance with GB/T2423.17 *Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products: Salt Spray Test Method*. It can also be used for acetic acid salt spray tests and complies with CNS 3627, 3885, 4159, 7669, 8886, JISD - 0201, H - 8610, K - 5400, Z - 2371, ISO 3768, 3769, 3770, ASTM B - 117, B - 268, GJB 150.
Technical Parameters:
1. The test chamber is made of P.V.C (polyvinyl chloride) plates, which can withstand temperatures up to 80°C. 2. The sealing cover of the test chamber is made of transparent acrylic impact - resistant plates. 3. The operating temperature can be set for horizontal constant - temperature control.

(1) Test chamber: 35°C ± 1°C (2) Saturated air tank: 47°C ± 1°C Corrosion Resistance Test: (1) Test chamber: 50°C ± 1°C (2) Saturated air tank: 63°C ± 1°C
Accessories:
A. Reagents: Two bottles of 500g - packed NACL, one bottle of 500g - packed glacial acetic acid, one bottle of 500g - packed NAOH, and one box of PH litmus paper. B. Measuring tools: One standard graduated cylinder, one measuring instrument, etc.
