Positive pressure tester for medical syringes
Product introduction
The positive pressure tester for syringe cohesion is composed of intelligent manipulator,
force measuring mechanism, distance measuring group mechanism, printer and so on.
Among them, the intelligent driver is composed of CPU, motherboard, LCD display screen,
keyboard, power supply and other parts. Implement GB 15810 standard requirements,
positive pressure test principle, check the syringe's tight fitting performance.

GB/T 15810-2001 "Disposable sterile syringe", YY/T 0909-2013.
Test principle
The syringe is sucked into the nominal capacity of water, with the specified axial pressure
and lateral force, the effect on the core rod is 30s, and the part of the jacket and the piston
shall not have leakage phenomenon. Under the effect of 88KPa negative pressure, adhere to
60s±5s, the contact part of the jacket and the piston shall not produce air leakage, and the
piston and the core rod shall not be separated.

2. Axial pressure: 100 — 400kPa, error is not more than ±2%
3. Nominal capacity: 1 — 200ml, optional
4. Test time: 0 — 9999 seconds, arbitrary setting
5. Working temperature: 5 — 40℃
6. Relative humidity: （45 — 80） %
