Rubber hose wear testing machine
Main uses:
The rubber hose wear testing machine is mainly used to measure the wear resistance of hydraulic hoses and other similar hoses with fabric or steel wire reinforcement, and have a smooth and flat surface. It can also be used to measure the wear resistance of other pipes and plates. Technical parameters:
Test station: Usually has one or more test stations for placing the hose sample to be tested.
Weight load: Weight load is the pressure applied to the hose sample, usually with multiple specifications, such as 50N, 100N, 150N, etc., to meet different test needs.
Test stroke: indicates the distance that the friction medium moves on the rubber hose sample, usually with an adjustable range, such as 5——100mm, to adapt to the test needs of different samples.
Test speed: indicates the movement speed of the friction medium on the rubber hose sample, usually with an adjustable range, such as 5 to 120 times/minute, to adapt to different test standards and sample needs.
