Vickers hardness tester
Product Introduction:
Vickers hardness tester uses computer software programming, optical measurement system. Through the soft key input, the measurement of Vickers and Knower hardness can be selected, the strength of the measurement light source can be adjusted, the load retention time can be selected, the test method and the test force can be displayed on the LCD display, and the diagonal length of the indentation can be measured through the panel input, and the hardness value can be read directly on the screen, which simplifies the tedious search table. Easy to use, high precision measurement. The hardness tester is suitable for the determination of Vickers hardness of small, thin, surface permeable coating specimens and the determination of Knoop hardness of brittle and hard materials such as glass, ceramics, agate and artificial gems. It is an ideal hardness testing instrument for research institutions, enterprises and quality inspection departments for research and testing.
Functional features:
1. The measurement and control of the system is a high-resolution image device, and the indentation is clearly displayed on the computer screen.
2. Through the software to convert the signal, the automatic measurement is to test the hardness value of the indentation.
