Glass abrasion tester is a professional equipment used to test the wear resistance of glass.

Structural composition:

Abrasion execution system:

includes grinding wheels, grinding discs and other abrasive tools, which can be selected from different materials and particle sizes to meet different test requirements. It has various motion modes, such as rotation and reciprocating linear motion.

Pressure control system:

can accurately adjust the pressure applied by the abrasive tool to the glass surface to ensure the consistency of test conditions. The common pressure range can be adjusted within a certain range.

Sample fixing device:

firmly clamp the glass sample to prevent displacement during testing, ensure uniform wear, and adapt to glass samples of different specifications.

Measurement and analysis system:

After the test, the glass surface scratch depth, haze increase value, roughness change and other parameters are measured through optical microscopes, haze meters, roughness meters and other equipment to analyze the wear resistance.

Application field

Construction industry:

detect the wear resistance of architectural glass such as curtain wall glass, door and window glass, and ensure that the appearance and light transmittance are not greatly affected during long-term use.

Automotive industry:

used for wear resistance testing of automobile windshields and window glass to ensure driving safety and clarity of vision.

Electronics industry:

Conduct wear resistance assessment on mobile and computer display glass to improve product durability and user experience.
