The extreme pressure friction testing machine mainly consists of a main frame, a spindle transmission system, a test force loading mechanism, a lubricant supply and recovery mechanism, a sample fixture, and a control and measurement sensing system. Under the precise closed-loop control of the computer measurement and control system, the testing machine can achieve uniform and constant loading of test force, precise rotation of the spindle, and precise oil supply.

Determining Scratch Value and OK Value: The minimum mass (weight) required for the oil film between the rotating test ring and the stationary test block to rupture, causing seizure or scratching, is the scratch value. The maximum mass (weight) required for the oil film between the rotating test ring and the stationary test block to not rupture, without causing seizure or scratching, is the OK value.

Test Result Analysis: Analyze the extreme pressure performance of the lubricating oil based on the test results, including indicators such as wear, friction, and abrasion resistance.
