Testing Principle of SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test Kit (Colloidal Gold)
The SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test Kit (Colloidal Gold) is a kit based on nitrocellulose membrane and qualitative immunoassay, used to detect SARS-COV-2 antigen in nasopharyngeal swabs.
During the test, add the nasopharyngeal swab sample to the diluent and mix well.
After adding it to the sample well, it will react with the SARS-CoV-2-N22 antibody-coated gold nanoparticles that have been bound to the reagent pad to form an Antigen-antibody complex, which migrates forward along the test strip on the chromatographic membrane, interacts and binds with the immobilized SARS-CoV-2-N21 antibody, and fixes the antigen in the test line area of the test.
