OurinstituteisabletoprovidevitrifiedsuperabrasivegrindingwheelsaccordingtothestandardGB/T6409.2-1996.Thediameterrangeisф8~750mm;thethicknessrangeis1～300mm;thegritsizerangeis60/70～W3.5.Wecanalsodesignandmakenonstandardgrindingwheelsaccordingtocustomers’requirement.Vitrified diamond wheel for rough Grinding the Cylinder of Polycrystalline Diamond Compacts (PDC cutter). Compared with resindiamond grinding wheel, our vitrified bond wheels lead to 35% grinding cost reduced, 40% grinding time of each PDC saved, and the size precision of PDC improved (from ±0.03mm to ±0.01mm).
