1. Application
Cone mixer is widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, food, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, the coating, the pigment, dyestuff, pesticides, rubber feed, additives, refractory material, fine chemical, new materials, electronic plastic, ceramic, mining, building materials, and other industries of solid and solid (i.e., powder and powder), liquid and the liquid, powder and liquid mixing. The machine is with wide adaptability. For thermal sensitive material it won't cause overheating, for the particle materials it will not pressure and grind, for different size and gravity grain, there is no layer when mixing. For coarse material, fine material and the ultrafine grain, fiber or flake mixed also have good adaptability.
2. Working principle
The two asymmetric screw’s rapid rotation will lift the materials in the cone mixer. This will form two strands of asymmetric spiral movement from bottom to upward. The tumbler’s revolution will let the materials outside screws inter into the screws strands. Part of the materials be lifted, other part be throw out, so as to achieve the circumference of the material and orientation continuously updated diffusion. the two strands of material be lifted will come to center depression, forming the downward material flow, could fill the hole bottom, so as to form the convection cycle. Since the continuous movement of the materials, it reaches well mixing in a short time.
