Continuous pipeline in line high shear mixer homogenizer emulsifier
A high shear In line mixer doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenises, solubilises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Each mixer, with its precision-engineered rotor/stator workhead, far outperforms conventional mixers,improving quality, product consistency and process efficiency.

Main technical data:
1)Capacity：Self-pumping throughputs of 20 to 15,000 litres/hr.
2)No Bypassing:Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator workhead.
3)Interchangeable Workheads:Single stage rotor/stator configurations workheads as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, interchangeable multistage configurations workheard can be used. there are three stages rotor/stators available.
4)Materials of Construction:Product contact in SS304 or 316L stainless steel.
5)Motor Specification:Standard and explosion proof motors (Siemens ,ABB etc) are available as standard.
6)Inlet and Outlet Connections:All sanitary screw or flange fittings available on request
7)Sealing:Single or double mechanical shaft seals available as standard.
8)Cleaning:All In-Line mixers are designed for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).
9)Cooling:Cooling jacket structure as standard
